Horton said he is finalizing the lease for the HighPointt site, which will be about 2,600 square feet and will need $350,000 to $500,000 worthj of upfits. It is scheduled to open in the fall, likelyu in September.
Additionally, Horton said he is negotiatinb a land purchase for thenew Winston-Salem He will either retrofit an existing building or construcgt a new restaurant, which will cost up to Depending on how quicklyu the deal moves, it will open between Novembe and January.
