UT earned the rating for its abilit to efficiently manage and growits finances, the universitty said in a release. Charity Navigator'sz rating system examines how responsiblyt an organization functions day to day and how well positionerd it is to sustai its programsover time. The evaluator says it assesse s “the financial health of over 5,000 of America's best-known charities.” Aboug a quarter of those evaluated receivee thehighest rating, indicating that UT executeas its mission in a fiscally responsibled way and outperforms most other charitiees in America, Ken Berger, president and chief executive officere of Charity Navigator, said in the UT This is the firstg year UT has received this levep of recognition, up from the previous year’zs three-star rating.

About 70 percent of full-timd students live on campus, and more than half of UT studentds arefrom Florida.
